These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop RelaxMe Boutique (Bornstraße 105, 44145 Dortmund, Germany) by consumers within the European Union.
Consumers within the meaning of these terms and conditions are natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

These terms and conditions apply to deliveries to Germany and other EU countries. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery country.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The product presentation in the shop is not a binding offer , but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the "Buy" button, you are placing a binding order.

We will confirm receipt of your order by email – this does not yet constitute acceptance of your order .

The contract is concluded through:

  • Order confirmation via email or

  • Delivery of the goods.

You can check and correct your entries at any time before submitting your order.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately.

Payment is made via the offered methods (e.g. credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer).

Payments made through third-party providers are subject to their terms of service.

5th delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
Delivery times depend on the product description.
We will inform you immediately of any delivery delays.

6. Right of withdrawal for consumers (EU)

Consumers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason (§ 355 BGB).

  • Cancellation period: 14 days from receipt of goods

  • Return shipping costs: Germany: Shop bears the costs; EU outside Germany: Customer bears the costs.

  • Goods must be returned unworn, unused and in their original packaging.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns to the address provided.
After review, we will refund the purchase price within 10 working days to the original payment method.
Damaged or used items cannot be refunded.

8. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply.
Liability is limited to damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
For slight negligence, liability applies only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

10. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of RelaxMe Boutique until full payment is received.

11. Final Provisions

  • German law applies, UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) excluded.

  • The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

  • Place of jurisdiction for consumers: Germany: Dortmund; EU outside Germany: consumer's place of residence

  • Contract language: German
